Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. With 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.

It is the client's responsibility to contact the shop if they need to cancel or reschedule. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our artists' time.
